1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account or using Ndururu ("the App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. What Ndururu is

Ndururu is a personal finance tracking tool for recording transactions, accounts, budgets, loans, savings goals, and related financial information, denominated in Kenyan Shillings (KES). It is a record-keeping and insight tool — it does not move money, initiate payments, or act as a financial institution.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent/guardian's consent, to use the App.

4. Free trial

New accounts include a 30-day free trial. Ndururu is still finalising its billing and subscription terms; you will be notified with reasonable advance notice before any payment is required to continue using the App after the trial period.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the financial data you enter. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any amounts, balances, or records you enter — Ndururu does not verify this information against your actual bank or mobile money accounts.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App — including attempting to access another user's data, interfering with the App's normal operation, or using the App for unlawful purposes.

7. No financial advice

Nothing in the App constitutes financial, tax, investment, or legal advice. Any summaries, charts, or insights are provided for informational purposes only.

8. Availability and changes

The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind. Features may change, and the App may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance. Ndururu is currently an early-access product and may change significantly as it matures.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ndururu and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any financial decisions you make based on information in the App.

10. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. If a future update is material, you will be asked to review and re-accept the updated Terms the next time you log in.
